The cornerstone of our approach is a methodology that connects the human dimension of technology with business models, processes and infrastructure.  Given our extensive and rich experience in the Middle East and the Levant Market, we have been able to adapt and perfect a vendor driven methodology that is ideal for the region.  Our Methodology aligns itself with Oracle's latest implementation methodology, namely - AIM for Business Flows. 

Hyperlink has retained the same framework and structure of the proven Oracle Methodology while at the same time tailoring it to suit the specific needs of the market it operates in.  We do, however, embed our proven methods and approaches into the vendor-provided framework to enrich the method. Oracle's latest Application Implementation Methodology is based upon perfecting the proposed solution through iterative and cyclical ‘Conference Room Pilot' sessions.  These CRP sessions are aimed at ‘arriving' at a solution, rather than ‘deciding' on a solution at the start of the Project.

This approach has helped our clients to gradually arrive at the solution along with the implementation team. T his has resulted in far greater levels of client user involvement than previously witnessed and has also resulted in a quicker and a more successful turnaround of the Project.
