While a sound Methodology provides Hyperlink with the right approach to implement and deliver its Projects, it is Hyperlink's emphasis on Quality that ensures that the Methodology delivers the client what it promises.  Hyperlink's quality process spans the entire gamut of activities that begin from the selling cycle and carry on through the pre-sales, Project delivery and post implementation activities.  Rather than looking at Quality as a one-off activity, Hyperlink has embedded several quality processes through the life cycle of an implementation to ensure that high standards are maintained throughout. Hyperlink's quality process uses a series of deliverables and meetings through all the stages of the implementation to establish a chain of continuity throughout the life cycle of a project and beyond.

The Quality process starts with the Sales team who use pre-defined deliverables and periodic meetings to perform a stage handover to the Pre-Sales department.  The Pre-Sales department in turn uses specific pre-defined deliverables and periodic meetings to assist the sales and arrive at a joint handover to the Project Delivery and the Practice teams. 

Hyperlink's Project delivery team has quality audits embedded in the methodology and the same is reflected in the Project plan that is shared with the client. Periodic Internal Health Checks are conducted by the Hyperlink Practice Layer to ascertain the solution fitment and to address discrepancies if any. Periodic Steering committee meetings are called for with key stakeholders of the client team in order to assess project progress and to ascertain action points if any. The Sales team also act as ‘Account Managers' through the life cycle of the Project and help the client assess their current requirements, their current level of satisfaction with the implementation and also help in mapping the client's future requirements.

The key element of the Hyperlink quality process is ‘Continuity' and this provides Hyperlink the edge in successfully executing and completing Projects.
